What you will be doing
This role is responsible for architecting, solutioning and implementing various HCM modules, such as Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, Learning, Recruitment, and other Oracle HCM Cloud product lines. The ideal candidate will utilize their deep understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions with integrations across enterprise and external B2B partners; as well as be able to lead complex implementations and transformation initiatives.
The position is based out of one of our work site locations in Pleasanton, CA; Phoenix, AZ; or Plano, TX,
Main responsibilities
- Solution Design : Architect comprehensive Oracle HCM solutions across Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, Learning, Recruitment, and other modules, ensuring alignment with requirements and industry best practices.
- Implementation Leadership : Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle HCM modules, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems. Act as the subject matter expert for all HCM modules
- Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate closely with business and product teams to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on Oracle HCM capabilities and best practices.
- Technical Expertise : Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the implementation team, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to project timelines. Be able to do POCs to demonstrate the capabilities.
- System Integration and Data Migration : Design and manage integration between Oracle HCM and third-party systems (e.g., ERP, payroll providers). Oversee data migration activities, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
- Compliance and Security : Ensure solutions comply with relevant regulations and security standards, implementing necessary controls and measures.
- Performance Optimization : Continuously identify opportunities to optimize processes for efficiency and accuracy.
- Troubleshooting : Address and resolve technical issues related to implementations, providing ongoing support and maintenance.
- Documentation : Create and maintain detailed documentation of configurations, customizations, and deployment processes.
- Training : Provide training and support to end-users and technical teams on Oracle HCM functionalities and best practices.
The salary range is $145,000 to $188,000 annually. Starting salary will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications. There may be flexibility for exceptional candidates.
