Job Description
Albertsons / Acme is working to become the favorite food and drug retailer in every market it serves. The organization includes 2,230 stores, 27 distribution facilities and 19 manufacturing plants with over 250,000 employees across 34 states and the District of Columbia. POSITION PURPOSE :
Effectively count pick slots daily to support selection and operations. Audit completed orders to ensure selector accuracy and / or inbound to ensure replacement accuracy.
SCHEDULE : Monday through Friday 7am to 3 : 30pm
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Effectively audit designated selectors, and product groups and communicate observed results to appropriate levels of management.
- Audit outgoing product to ensure that correct pallet size and quantities are correct as noted on the shipping documents.
- Assemble and disassemble palletized merchandise in the course of auditing product before shipment.
- Regularly communicate to supervision the findings of recurring problems or issues from retail or dock audits to management.
- Consistently complete error-free results by accurately filling out paperwork.
