What you will be doing
This person will lead the product management for "Product (Omni Item and Vendors) Merchandising Sub Pillar" and report directly to the Director of Product Management. She / he will define the product vision and roadmap for "Product" sub pillar to achieve the business KPIs. She / he will be responsible for collecting and interpreting user research and data, conceiving innovative products, creating a robust product roadmap, and managing the product lifecycle. The right candidate will be a strategic and ambitious visionary with the proven ability to deliver products that create impact and deliver exceptional value to our associates, vendors partners who are deeply focused in serving our guest shopping omni channel. This leader should be highly motivated to succeed and influence his / her team and stakeholders to do so, in an approachable manner, that engenders trust and confidence at all levels across the organization.
The Merchandising Product Management Department has an opening for a Principal Product Manager - Omni Item Onboarding. The position will be based in Plano, TX .

- Develop and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for omni-channel item management systems, ensuring consistency and efficiency in managing product data across all channels.
- Partner with business stakeholders to align product strategies with organizational goals, such as inventory accuracy, catalog completeness, and channel parity.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations in item management, data governance, and omni-channel retailing.
