Responsibilities
- Accurately process and manage Receiving Department paperwork, including XDOCK tags, Bill of Ladings, and Purchase Orders
- Trailer check-ins
- Answers phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding Receiving
- Work with drivers regarding problems or complaints and provide them with prompt, courteous, and professional customer service
- Maintains complex records timely and accurately.
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor / manager.
