WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR - PERISHABLES - 2ND SHIFT

Warehouse Supervisors are active throughout their day. They are responsible for overseeing the warehouse shipping, receiving, and / or replenishment activities and personnel to ensure that all functions are performed Safely within Company guidelines & OSHA standards. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Basic Work Requirements :
- Supervise the work force in the accomplishment of the day-to-day assignments
- Oversees pallet assembly to ensure stores receive the cases they ordered, on well-built pallets, and securely wrapped before being loaded onto trailers
- Resolves inventory discrepancies and issues credits to stores when appropriate
- Ensures steady workflow through the warehouse via routine spot checks on progress of associates and adjusts manpower to increase efficiency
- Maintains daily production and accuracy records
- Develops productive associates through training, coaching and disciplining, when necessary, in order to achieve company goals and objectives
