Job Responsibilities :
- Support Test Engineers in conducting package testing for their customers.
- Manage a small Team, be a designated trainer and coach, is a MUST.
- Subject matter expert for Transit Testing and Medical Lab Testing; this involves supporting production floor for Engineers and Technicians.
- Interpret data to recognize and identify deviations, provide insight, and provide recommendations to customers on ways to improve packaging when failures occur.
- Experience with conducting complex customer testing.
- Monitor and provide very professional customer communications.
- Maintain various site standards and expectations.
Job Requirements :
