Job Responsibilities :
- Juggle competing demands and find and interface with capable engineers for the team to do the customers product design.
- Direct teams to design products on schedule, on budget, and with high quality.
- Delegate work and assist engineers as needed.
- Identify risks and estimate budgets and schedules accurately.
- Interface with customers.
- Ensure projects are on budget and on schedule 95% of the time (not including changes made by the customer).

Base Salary : $140,000-$185,000 plus bonus depending on project completion.
