Description
Albion College invites applications for the The Program Coordinator for Student Engagement and Activities (PCSEA). This position reports to the Assistant Dean for Campus Life. The PCSEA hires, trains and manages student leaders who serve as the first point of contact for students and visitors to Campus Life. The PCSEA is responsible for working with all aspects of Campus Life to coordinate and align office activities for maximum efficiency and impact. The PCSEA also manages office operations, budgets, communications, and logistics. The PCSEA will actively promote belonging and mattering through critical and compassionate communication and strategic outreach efforts to various students, faculty, and staff (e.g., historically underrepresented, first-generation, undocumented, and DACA students, LGBTQ students).

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or higher preferred
- Experience as an employee in an academic setting preferred
- Experience in supervising and managing student employees preferred
