AHFC STAFF COACH
Responsible for the successful coaching, administration and training of core teams as directed.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Program Development
- Assist in developing an effective network for player recruitment
- Assist in tryout process and organization
- Attend appropriate club events to attract and retain players
- Ensure you form your teams with appropriate number of players, managers, submit Financial Assistance requests and approvals
- Ensure team and individual accomplishments are publicized through social media
Program Maintenance
- Enforce AHFC AR policy
- Communicate with all players, coaches and parents as effectively as possible
- Assist in the selection and coordination of managers
- Attend meetings as directed
- Liaise with club administrator to ensure all players are registered by date set by the Directors
- Communicate by weekly email to all players and parents regarding upcoming games, weekly review, and post-match review
- Coordinate teams’ preseason, friendlies, tournaments and ensure tournament reciprocation
- Write player evaluations bi-annually by the dates set by the Program Directors
- Record attendance electronically of all players throughout the year
- Liaise with club staff, with all matters relating to player health, fitness and welfare
- Ensure that player welfare is not put at risk through injury, poor form, fitness
- In conjunction with support staff, ensure that physiological programs do not jeopardize player health and fitness
- Ensure players comply with health and safety rules and procedures, guidelines and legislation
Player & Team Development
- Conduct age appropriate training sessions using the AHFC Club Curriculum
- Develop individual and teams in coordination with Campus Director
- Follow specific playing methods and styles as laid out in the player & team Philosophy set out by the club
- Create a positive and professional environment where the players and team can feel comfortable and able to perform
- Coach games in accordance with guidelines laid out by Campus Directors
- Produce scouting reports of future opponents
