Marlboro Nissan is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Automotive Parts Advisor to assist the day-to-day operations and our Wholesale Division. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and product expertise to wholesale clients.
- Manage parts inventory and orders for wholesale customers and Internet Sales.
- Assist in identifying parts needs and recommending appropriate solutions for clients.
- Process and fulfill parts orders accurately and efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and customers.
- Collaborate with service and sales teams to ensure seamless parts availability.
- Stay updated on new parts, product trends, and promotions.
Qualifications:
- Previous Nissan experience in an automotive parts a plus, but not a requirement.
- Must be a team player.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency with CDK software (preferred).
