Albright College, a liberal arts college in Reading, PA, is seeking applications for a part time Assistant Men’s Lacrosse Coach. Albright College is an NCAA Division III institution that competes in the Middle Atlantic Conference. The assistant coach is responsible for duties which include (but are not limited to) recruitment of student-athletes, assisting in all practice sessions and competitive events, assisting in pre-season and in-season conditioning; film breakdown in support of scouting report preparation; assist with practice planning and game planning; assisting in fundraising and community service. Bachelor’s degree required as well as prior experience as a collegiate lacrosse player and a demonstrated commitment to inclusivity and equity.
Essential Job Functions:
On-field coaching
Recruit student-athletes in support of the men’s lacrosse program.
Film breakdown in support of scouting report preparation.
Assist with practice planning and game planning.
Monitor academics of current team members.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Fluency in Spanish, preferred
