What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fabrication Sales / Project Manager position at Albright Construction Company, LLC?
Duties:
- Commute to potential customers regularly to network and obtain work for the shop
- Manage and oversee sales projects from initiation to completion
- Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to Customers
- Identify and address any issues or obstacles that may impact project success
- Conduct regular meetings with team members to track progress and address any concerns
- Collaborate with team to develop strategies for achieving project goals
- Provide guidance and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements:
- Experience in industrial sales / Fabrication sales or Management is a big benefit
- Experience in project management, preferably in a sales environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Knowledge of retail math and sales forecasting techniques is a plus
- Clean Driving record / Company vehicle provided
- Professionalism as a representative of the company
- This can be a full time or part time position for a retiree
- Experience is a must
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,732.82 - $65,893.30 per year
