Responsibilities
- Sell personal lines insurance products to new and existing clients
- Generate, follow up on, and close inbound and outbound leads
- Build strong client relationships through consultative selling
- Meet or exceed sales and performance goals
- Stay up to date on product knowledge, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends
- Collaborate with team members to reach agency goals
Requirements
- Active Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License
- Candidate must have recent Allstate experience
- Strong communication and consultative selling skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage a sales pipeline effectively
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
