- Utilizes critical thinking skills and knowledge to ensure high-quality care, effective care planning, and risk management within the home care setting.
- Coordinates all home care services.
- Participates in educating the patient and family.

- Provides supervision and oversight to PCAs and CNAs in the home care setting.
