Job Description
The LIFE Center Manager is responsible for the overall management and operations of the LIFE center. This includes ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to participants, managing staff, overseeing program activities, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. The Center Manager plays a crucial role in coordinating services to enhance the quality of life and independence of program participants.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, social work, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. Experience may be considered in lieu of education.
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a LIFE program or similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of LIFE program regulations and requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and financial performance.
- Commitment to providing high-quality, participant-centered care.
