Earn up to $30.00 per hour plus on-call compensation and mileage!
LIFE (Living Independence for the Elderly) is a Medicare / Medicaid program that helps people meet their health care needs in the community instead of going to a nursing home or other care facility. Job Description
- Responsible for oversight of home, hospital, and nursing home care.
- Completes audits at the nursing home, home care agency, and participant’s home per the Contract Oversight and Quality of Contracted Services policy and procedure.
- Coordinates all home care services including all nursing home care under the supervision of the Program Director and Registered Nurse Home Care Coordinator.
- Provides skilled nursing care and prescribed treatments to participants in the participants home demonstrating quality care delivery by physicians’ orders.
- Directs and supervises the provision of quality para-professional clinical care to participants in their homes.
- Participates as an on-call nurse by the Albright LIFE on-call policies and procedures.
