Job Description
- Enhance client satisfaction and quality of life by delivering personalized services in collaboration with the client and under the guidance of the Home Care Coordinator.
- Assist clients with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) and Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
- Record client information in the patient log and notify the Home Care Coordinator/Supervisor of any changes or concerns.
- Actively participate in all required meetings, training, and educational sessions as directed by the supervisor.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- MUST have one year experience in home care, health care, or aging services industry
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver's License
