Our internal team is energetic, driven, ambitious, and dedicated. We are seeking a motivated entry-level Customer Service Representative to join the team. This Customer Service Representative will play a pivotal role in delivering gold-standard service and support, handling the day-to-day operations of each account and aiding with both internal and external team members. A successful candidate for our entry-level Customer Service Representative will flourish in a fast-paced environment and take pride in their work!
Responsibilities of our entry-level Customer Service Representative:
- Develop relationships with each client, and maintain them throughout the sales and business development process to grow our client base
- Consult with new and existing customers on products, pricing, and the finalizing of the sales process, if necessary
- Educate and resolve questions quickly and swiftly
- Work in tandem with your senior Manager and fellow entry-level Customer Service Representatives to solve problems
- Maintain spotless record-keeping of each customer using our CRM software
What we look for in our next entry-level Customer Service Representative:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- Experience in Customer Service, Client Services, or another related entry-level position is highly preferred
- Strong work ethic and dedication to “the customer comes first”
- Impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to take on multiple tasks
- A desire to work with other entry-level Client Success Trainees and customers in a high-energy and positive team environment

Pay: $38,000.00 - $44,000.00 per year
