Hilltop Reserve, one of Denver's premier senior living communities, is looking for an energetic and organized Resident Care Coordinator to join our leadership team. This position is responsible for supervising the caregivers in the community including care coordination and organization of daily tasks for Resident Assistants and QMAPs. Duties and Responsibilities :

Responsible for care coordination and daily tasks for resident assistants and QMAPs to ensure residents' needs are met

Provides supervision to resident assistants and QMAP's including monitoring job performance, assisting with performance evaluations, coaching and training

Coordinates training and education of resident care staff on an ongoing basis

Completes clinical schedules to ensure proper coverage to meet residents' needs

Monitors staff in administration of medication, and conducts frequent audits of medication sheets

Assists the Health Services Director in medication management, including administering medication, ordering medication from the pharmacy, and maintaining records

Communicates with families regarding residents' needs

Assists in monitoring department budget, equipment, and supplies

Assists marketing in tours

Required to share manager on call duties

Qualifications :

QMAP certification

Minimum 2 years in a leadership position

2 years' experience working in assisted living and memory care

Ability to deal tactfully with team members, residents, family members, and visitors

Effective and professional communication skills

Ability to switch between tasks as required, and able to complete tasks efficiently

Due to the nature of the work performed by Ascent Living Communities, and that this position works with a vulnerable population, we do require a criminal background check be completed

Pay :

26.00-$28.00 an hour based on experience

Salary : $26 - $28
