Hilltop Reserve, one of Denver's premier senior living communities, is looking for an energetic and organized Resident Care Coordinator to join our leadership team. This position is responsible for supervising the caregivers in the community including care coordination and organization of daily tasks for Resident Assistants and QMAPs. Our goal is ensuring that residents are treated with respect and dignity, recognizing individual needs, and encouraging independence. We aim to foster a homelike atmosphere throughout the community.
