We have established a strong presence across Phase I-IV studies and several therapeutic areas including vaccine, neurology, dermatology, psychiatry, and general medicine. The Licensed Mental Health Therapist is responsible for counseling sessions with patients enrolled in PTSD, Depression and / or Anxiety studies.
Key Responsibilities
Essential Job Duties : Responsibilities may include but are not limited to :
- Meets with patients to provide initial and ongoing counseling sessions according to study protocols.
- May conducts initial and ongoing assessments.
- Maintains records of client meetings and progress.
- Follows all safety protocols and maintains client confidentiality
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Minimum Qualifications : A Bachelor's degree in counseling, social work, or similar and 2 years’ experience in counseling with PTSD, Depression, and Anxiety, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Experience with alternative therapies. An active, unrestrictive license as a mental health counselor (LMHC, LCSW, LPC, or similar) in the state of work is required. Bi-lingual (English / Spanish) proficiency is a plus.
