Key Responsibilities
- Write and publish engaging blog posts, social media content, emails and additional content as needed
- Assist in maintaining a well-organized content library and editorial calendar
- Repurpose existing content into different formats (e.g., turning blog posts into infographics or social media content)
- Organize and repurpose existing content across different formats
- Optimize content for SEO and user engagement
- Support the content team with research, proofreading, and administrative tasks
- Help track content performance metrics and compile reports
- Ensure all content is on-brand and consistent in style and tone
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices and bring new ideas to the table
- Ability to think critically and creatively to generate new ideas for marketing and research activities
- 2 years of experience in content marketing or related field
- Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with content management systems and basic SEO principles
- Experience with email marketing platforms and social media management tools
- Proficient time-management skills with capacity to set priorities and meet deadlines
- Ability to react to shifting priorities and manage multiple projects at once
- 1-2 years of related experience
- Experience with marketing tools & technology (CMS platform experience preferred)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Experience writing various marketing content, including blog posts, social media posts, case studies, e-guides, or other promotional materials.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (good at listening and asking questions)
- Proficient with Microsoft products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to learn new platforms
