Position Overview :
We are on the lookout for a passionate Entry-Level Business Development Associate to aid in forming and managing strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will engage in outreach, negotiation, and relationship management to cultivate valuable collaborations that benefit both our founders and partners. The position offers the flexibility of hours and is perfect for someone at the start of their career seeking to develop expertise in business development within the startup landscape.
Key Responsibilities :
- Continuously evaluate the needs of Alchemist's startup portfolio to ensure the provision of valuable perks and partnerships with relevant service providers.
- Identify and initiate contact with potential sponsors who could support Alchemist initiatives or offer valuable perks.
- Negotiate and formalize sponsorship agreements to maximize mutual benefits.
- Oversee ongoing relationship management with sponsors, ensuring smooth execution of commitments and continued engagement.
- Analyze and track the success of partnerships to ensure alignment with Alchemist's strategic objectives.
- Coordinate with the Program Team and other stakeholders to optimize sponsor connections with our portfolio.
- Assist in broader business development efforts, including Alchemist's fundraising initiatives, as required.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to effectively communicate partnership opportunities and benefits.
