Role Overview :
The Float General Manager will help oversee the day-to-day operations within the physical stores, covering locations when other General Managers are out of the store and / or the stores need additional business support. They will oversee the day-to-day operations within the physical store they cover and be responsible for P&L, inventory, staffing, and training while growing a healthy culture. They will be a key partner in ensuring we have business coverage, are meeting sales goals, and maintain excellent brand standards. The General Manager will report directly to the District Manager.
Travel Requirements :
The Float General Manager will be required to travel to all stores in the Los Angeles market and will need access to transportation for travel between locations.
