RESPONSIBILITIES
- Motivate, coach and support fellow Alchemists to grow and develop within their roles
- Client focused care -professionalism, patience, people-first approach
- Assist with interviewing and hiring employees
- Participate in continuing education to maintain current knowledge of industry.
- Learn all Alchemy aesthetic services in order to support the spa and your team
- Ability to perform our company's aesthetic services
- Monitor operations to ensure compliance with applicable health, safety, or hygiene standards.
- Concierge scheduling, training, and support
- Aesthetician and client scheduling
- Aesthetic service support
- Day to day spa responsibilities
- Community outreach programs
- Payroll responsibilities, inventory of products, and ordering of spa supplies
- Developing and maintaining fiscal accountability within spa
EXPERIENCE:
- Customer service: 2 years
- Aesthetician: 1-2 years (Updated Colorado Aesthetics license, Colorado Peel Certification, Colorado Advanced Exfoliation Certification)
- Management: 2 years (preferred)
