Key Responsibilities:
- Become familiar with and retain information about the insurance plans offered by Alchemy Financial Group.
- Identify potential clients and build working relationships with them.
- Engage with prospective clients through various channels to discuss our insurance offerings.
- Work with clients to find the plan that best suits their needs, explaining the pros and cons of each option.
- Assist clients by providing customized quotes and finding solutions within their budget.
- Explain approved policies to customers.
- Regularly revisit clients to reevaluate their policy needs and suggest modifications and updates.
Requirements:
- 1 years of experience as an Insurance Sales Representative.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Outgoing personality with strong persuasive and sales skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Superb organizational and multitasking skills.
- BA/BS in finance or a similar field preferred.
