Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and plan government relocation initiatives from start to finish.
- Act as the main point of contact for government customers, offering prompt updates and first-rate assistance.
- Create and keep up-to-date comprehensive relocation schedules, budgets, and plans.
- Verify adherence to all legal requirements and contractual commitments.
- To ensure seamless relocations, collaborate closely with internal teams, vendors, and moving crews.
- Manage the billing, reporting, and paperwork associated with government relocations.
- Any problems or difficulties that come up during the migration process should be addressed and resolved.
- Keep an eye on performance indicators and make sure all SLAs are fulfilled.
- Help with process enhancements and training to increase the effectiveness of relocation.
- Observe security and confidentiality guidelines when managing private government relocation information.
Requirements:
