• Manage a team of National Shuttle Team drivers, ensuring standards are met in connection to BOLs, drivers logs, inventory control, scanning, handling.
• implement load planning techniques and trucking routes to maximise efficiency.
• Monitor dispatch ensuring quick and proficient turnaround in line with account management standards and estimates.
• Provide real-time tracking and updates on weekly routes, deliveries, collections and offsite deliveries.
• Guaranteeing the National Shuttle Fleet is compliant with ELD logs and DOT regulations, collaborating within the team to ensure high-level performance of the equipment
• Be the first point of contact and support for driving teams when transporting artwork in both local areas and offsite locations.
• uphold high standard of safety culture.
• Provide semi-annual feedback and performance reviews for team members and direct reports.
• Ensure a positive and engaging work atmosphere by coaching, mentoring and motivating team members.

• 5 years of relevant experience, hands on experience shuttle team driving preferred but not essential.
• Team collaborator who works well in a fast paced, results driven workplace.
• Excellent communication with proficient multitasking and strategic thinking.
• Ability to quickly learn new software systems.
• Ability to push and pull up to 150 pounds on a dolly or cart, as well as 50 pounds without mechanical aid.
• Ability to carry items up to 40 pounds of a variety of shapes up to a distance of 90 feet.
• Be able to perform different movements when working including reaching overhead, twisting, kneeling, crouching, squatting and lifting.
