Responsibilities
- Responsible for handling the process of opening customs entries files on internal system
- Data entry input of information and communications with vendors
- Email documents printed the same day
- Ensure all notes are completed when documents are received
- Opening files
- Responsible for ETA order regular shipments
- Ensure scanning sheets are in the files
- Order regular shipments
- Responsible for providing customer service
- Handling any reports to clients of missing documentation
- Contact consolidators on house bill of lading shipments
Skills Required;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent time management skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working within an administration position.
