The Manager or Marketing will be in charge of creating and carrying out all-encompassing marketing plans to boost sales efforts, create leads, and raise brand awareness across their main business divisions. A data-driven, innovative, and hands-on leader who can use tools to optimize campaigns, boost conversion, and establish a strong market position is needed for this role.
Responsibilities :
- Create and carry out a marketing plan that complements business objectives and income targets.
- Supervise digital marketing initiatives, such as social media management, email marketing, content production, and SEO.
- Oversee marketing automation with the CRM to monitor, evaluate, and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Work together with sales teams to guarantee that marketing campaigns efficiently generate leads and conversions.
- Oversee the production of persuasive marketing materials, such as case studies, films, and brochures.
- To find trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning, conduct market research.
- Create and oversee the marketing budget, making sure that investments are ROI-focused.
