What You’ll Be Doing :
- Engage with homeowners who are planning a move to generate and manage leads.
- Conduct in-home and remote consultations to determine client needs and deliver realistic relocation estimates.
- Educate customers about services, pricing, and the relocation process.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with residential clients to encourage repeat and referral business.
- Respond quickly to leads and keep a steady stream of possible customers.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure that moves are smoothly scheduled and executed.
- Create and present bespoke moving proposals that are in line with the client's budget and timetable.
- Stay current on industry developments, competition, and market conditions.
- Address customer issues and offer appropriate solutions to ensure a great migration experience.
- Meet and exceed sales and performance KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records and client data using CRM software.
- Travel within a set territory to conduct in-home consultations as needed.
