About the Role:
We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about helping others to join our team as a Housing Coordinator and Client Services Specialist. In this role, you’ll support individuals with disabilities and vulnerable adults in finding and keeping stable housing, while also helping them access personalized services that support their independence and quality of life.
You’ll work closely with clients, landlords, case managers, and other providers to make sure people have not only a safe place to live but also the support they need to succeed.
What You’ll Do:
Housing Support:
- Help clients explore housing options that fit their needs and preferences.
- Assist with housing applications, leases, and move-in coordination.
- Collaborate with landlords, property managers, and housing authorities to support stable housing.
- Provide follow-up support for housing-related issues like lease concerns, maintenance, or neighbor conflicts.
Client Support Services:
- Complete client intakes and help develop individualized support plans.
- Provide services based on each client’s daily living needs, personal goals, and preferences.
- Document all services accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain strong communication with case managers, guardians, and other members of each client’s care team.
Other Responsibilities:
- Stay up to date on policies, procedures, and best practices in housing and supportive services.
- Attend trainings and staff meetings as needed.
- Help ensure quality and consistency across all services provided.
Requirements
- Proven experience in client services, social work, or property management preferred.
- At least one year of experience working with individuals with disabilities, mental health challenges, or vulnerable adults.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay organized.
- Proficient in negotiation techniques to effectively resolve conflicts.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building rapport with clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance.
- Ability to pass a background check in accordance with state guidelines.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.70 - $23.28 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed
