We are seeking a Lead Front Desk Coordinator to join our team and help us ensure our guests have a magical visit! You will be our guests' first point of contact, ensuring a welcoming, seamless experience from check-in to check-out. You must be a multi-tasker who can see what needs to be done, work efficiently and offer stellar customer service at all times. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential. This is a part-time position with the potential for additional hours during peak seasons.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide an excellent experience for guests, from check-in to check-out
- Be an expert in our scheduling software, Boulevard, and book appointments
- Process both cash card transactions through the POS system
- Answer the phone and take accurate messages
- Maintain guest privacy and a high level of professional appearance and demeanor.
- Engage with clients to guide them through our brand, retail, and service options
- Maintain smooth daily operations and high guest service standard
- Communicate business operation details at the close of business with the Director
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the salon
- Stock, organize, and clean retail shelves
- Complete regular inventory counts as instructed by the Director
- Assist the Director in the orientation program for new hires
- Other duties as assigned by the Director
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year in retail, salon, hospitality, or customer service role
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Experience handling cash and processing sales transactions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High regard for customer service
- Communicate and work effectively as part of a team
- Multi-task and deal effectively with changing priorities
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment
- A passion for the beauty industry and customer service
