Sales Associate
We are seeking a professional and dependable Sales Associate to join our team! As the Sales Associate you will be responsible for organizing and overseeing sales operations for an assigned store. You will ensure the success of the stores by setting sales goals, supervising team members, and managing and enabling efficient operations.
Sales Associate Responsibilities
- Hit sales goals
- Engage with customers
- Provide managers with the necessary information and resources to collaborate effectively and attain goals
- Coach new hires in company sales efforts, techniques, and other approaches to attract and retain guests
- Ensure compliance with the company’s policies and operational guidelines
- Report to senior executives on performance and issues
Sales Associate Qualifications
- Can commute to the Doral area of Miami daily
- Social skills
- Strong understanding of basic math and pricing
- Excellent team building and leadership skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- HS Diploma
- Authorized to work in the USA
