We are seeking a skilled Farm Equipment Operator and Agronomist to join our team at ALCIVIA. This role involves operating and maintaining farm equipment, including grain dryers, conveyors, and scales, as well as providing expert advice on agronomic practices to ensure optimal crop yields.
As a member of our agronomy team, you will work closely with farmers and customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to improve their operations.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Blend grains as directed to achieve maximum grade and limit discounts
- Check bin temperature and aerate grain based on weather conditions and moisture
- General maintenance of equipment, required to climb to the top of grain storage bins (approx. 100 feet)
