ALCIVIA is looking for a Lead Feed Manufacturing Operator to manufacture, inspect, package, and load animal feed related products in preparation for delivery to members. The role will also help lead the overall operations for feed manufacturing. Essential Responsibilities:
- Assist in the efficient scaling of hand additives
- Follow HACCP guideline, policies, and procedures
- Bag and package feed
- Scale and load feed trucks
- Receive in bulk ingredients
- Maintain equipment and facilities
- Take pride in cleaning work area
- Always have a safety first approach
- Support cross-divisional collaboration whenever possible
- Help out in other areas of the business as bandwidth allows
- Other duties as assigned

Physical/Work Demands:
- Able to lift 50 plus pounds
- Feed mill and warehouse environment
- Dusty when making feed

Education and Experience:
- HS Diploma or GED
- Previous feed operator experience preferred
- Agriculture background a plus
