ALCO HVAC Plumbing & Gas is scouting a full-time HVAC Installation - Service Technician to visit our clients' homes to thoroughly troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and install their heating and cooling systems up to code in the Fredericksburg, VA area. This position earns a competitive wage of $18.00 to $35.00/hr based on experience. In addition, you are eligible for excellent benefits including health insurance, dental insurance, sick leave, accrued paid time off (PTO), a take-home truck, a tool account, and uniforms. Our schedule is Monday - Friday with occasional on-call work.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN HVAC INSTALLATION - SERVICE TECHNICIAN
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 3 years of verifiable HVAC work experience
- EPA certified
- A valid driver's license and able to qualify for company insurance policy
- Working knowledge of the operations/functions of residential heating and air conditioning equipment
- Can work a flexible schedule (including weekends)
