ALCO HVAC Plumbing & Gas is hiring for a full-time HVAC Service Tech - Installer to save the day by thoroughly troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and installing heating and cooling systems up to code for the good citizens of our Fredericksburg, VA community. This position comes with a competitive pay of $18.00 to $35.00/hr based on experience and a Monday - Friday schedule with occasional on-call work.

HVAC SERVICE TECH - INSTALLER QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 3 years of verifiable work experience
- Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) certified
- A valid driver's license and ability to qualify for company insurance policy
- Operations/functions of residential heating and air conditioning equipment knowledge
- Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule (including weekends)
