ARE YOU THE SALES CONSULTANT WE'RE LOOKING FOR?
- 1 years of experience in home improvement or B2C sales (specifically in pest control sales or alarm sales; construction sales experience would be a plus)
- Experience using a CRM
- Valid driver's license and insurance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to travel within a 30-mile radius of our office
Construction knowledge would be a plus but isn't required.
AVERAGE DAY AS A SALES CONSULTANT
Your schedule is based on clients' needs and appointment times. The normal time slots are Monday through Thursday at 10:00 am, 2:00 pm, and 6:00 pm and Friday through Saturday at 10:00 am and 2:00 pm.
You meet with potential customers to showcase our home improvement solutions and close sales deals. You engage with homeowners, listen to their needs, and present tailored options for designs and installations. This includes windows, doors, siding, roofs, gutters, and decks. Your leads are preset and prequalified, so all you need to do is swoop in and seal the deal. Every day brings the potential for success and personal growth!
