Receptionist / Admin Asst

LOCATION:
Bonner, MT
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for managing all administrative functions of the site, including but not limited to fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets, filing, and faxing.
- Answers phones and direct to appropriate personnel.
- Welcomes visitors and notifies staff of arrival.
- Schedules and prepares conference room meetings.
- Schedules, documents and invoices FedEx/UPS shipments.
- Maintains/Orders office supplies.
- Print company policy manuals and benefit enrollment packets
- Sorts and distributes outgoing and incoming mail.
- Maintains office equipment and schedules maintenance.
- Prints VIN tags and organizes by production line
- Assists office personnel with administrative tasks
- Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
- Effectively plan and demonstrate organizational skills, attention to detail, time management, and prioritization skills
- Demonstrates above average problem-solving skills
- Understanding of local employment laws with the ability to apply to situations
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS: This job operates in an office environment and is largely sedentary although it will require navigation of the Production floor. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, scanners, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
This is a temporary position we are looking to fill with a three month time frame of being onsite.
