Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing production processes to maintain quality and efficiency
- Coordinating with various departments such as Supply Chain and Sales to manage resource distribution
- Minimizing downtime through effective maintenance scheduling
- Ensuring safety standards are met and promoting a secure work environment
- Monitoring key quality benchmarks and implementing corrective actions as necessary
- Ensuring fair treatment for all team members, adhering to company policies and legal standards
- Fostering team development and aligning team efforts with departmental objectives
- Prioritizing and resolving schedule conflicts
- Leading daily operations and verifying they meet strategic goals

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
- Strong proficiency in English communication
- 2 years of relevant experience, including leadership capabilities
- 3rd Shift, Hours: Sunday – Thursday, 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM EST
