As an Industrial Maintenance Technician supporting Process Engineering Team, you will be trusted to work on critical equipment maintenance and troubleshooting and implementing process improvements at our Johns Creek Distribution Center in Johns Creek, Georgia.
In this role, a typical day will include:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve mechanical and electrical equipment issues
- Troubleshooting line/equipment problems and performing timely corrective maintenance to ensure reliable operations
- Writing and implementing SOPs and preventive maintenance procedures to ensure compliance and continuous improvement
- Identifying and executing modifications to enhance equipment reliability, safety, and cost-effectiveness
- Using schematics, engineering drawings, and verbal instructions to perform hands-on maintenance, calibration, and repairs
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
- Work hours: 2nd Shift – Monday – Friday from 3:00pm – 11:30pm
- Travel Requirements: 0 to 10%
