Job Description
- You will assist with the training and development of Maintenance Technicians/Electro-Mechanics and production personnel.
- You will troubleshoot, repair, and perform corrective maintenance for all production equipment, including technical problems in mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and control systems.
- You will assist with improvements to the maintenance systems, including preventative, corrective, predictive, and spare parts management.
- You will optimize manufacturing equipment and processes to provide balanced gains in product quality, output, product yield, and cost reduction.
