In this role, a typical night will include:
- Ensure all associates are properly trained per standard operating procedures, tracking progress and certification completion.
- Serve as a go-to resource for associates needing clarification on quality standards and process expectations.
- Monitor quality metrics, defect rates, and scrap trends to proactively address recurring issues through training.
- Conduct real-time coaching on defect identification using the latest defect catalog updates.
- Ensure compliance with documentation requirements, reinforcing the importance of accurate and complete records.
- Identifying and recommending improvements/preventative actions
- Inspecting, testing, maintaining, repairing, and installing equipment and systems
- Supervising processes, estimating costs, making, or verifying calculations, analyzing, and interpreting data
- Testing new and modified products, processes, and/or systems
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
- Work hours: 36 - 48 hours per week (12-hour rotating nights shift: 2 nights on, 2 nights off, and every other weekend nights)

- Associate Degree in Engineering/Science/IT or Technical Certification
- Prior manufacturing experience is a plus
