As the MANAGER, SYSTEMS & PROCESS MANGEMENT, support the SUPPLY CHAIN PLANNING FAMILY, you will be responsible for long-term supply chain strategies and networks that address capacity issues and production location decisions in support of business goals at FORT WORTH MAIN FACILITY in FORT WORTH, TX.

In this role, a typical day will include :

Focus will be on Next Generation AI and Machine Learning capabilities.

Supports business execution of new programs and initiatives that include promotional activities, forecast and coordination for key events, new product launches, and network redesigns.

Monitors key sales and operations planning performance indicators, cost-to-serve performance data, and coordinates cross-functional work teams to increase effectiveness of supply chain initiatives.

lead the development and implementation of innovative supply chain solutions leveraging AI and machine learning technologies, while utilizing your project management expertise to drive successful outcomes.

Serve as the Global Process Owner for Supply Planning.

Partner with Global S&OP and Manufacturing planning teams to optimize end to end supply planning execution; measure organizational performance, maintain strategy, process, and systems in alignment with the needs of the Alcon Surgical and Aseptic S&OP Franchises.

Will drive and own definition, design, implementation, adoption, and ongoing support of the next gen advanced supply chain capabilities.

What you'll bring to Alcon :

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school 13 yrs; Assoc. 9 yrs; M.S. 2 yrs; PhD 0 yrs)

The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English

5 years of relevant experience

Work Hours - Monday through Friday, 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm (with flexibility depending on business needs)

Travel : 0 to 20%
