In this role, a typical day will include:
- Adhering closely to Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Current Good Documentation Practices (cGDP), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and report all discrepancies immediately
- Supporting facility documentation revision by reviewing documents and processing change requests (review documents, process change requests, temporary document changes, laboratory information system, document obsoletions)
- Ensuring MBR reviews are completed promptly based on scheduled due dates
- Performing activities that ensure required quality and safety standards are being met for our products
- Reviewing the MBRs to ensure all manufacturing batch procedures are followed and all data is recorded per procedures
- Logging MBRs into a computer tracking system and file pending review
- Coordinating and supporting other departments to ensure the smooth execution of work
- Being able to communicate efficiently with production, maintenance, warehouse, and other functions as necessary
- Performing housekeeping duties such as keeping work areas clean and free of hazards or dangerous conditions
- Helping to support the training needs of team members and work cohesively with team
- Ensuring supplies and equipment are available to meet schedules and work is carried out as defined by the schedule
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English
- Work hours: 2nd Shift: (Monday – Friday: 2:30 PM CST – 11:00 PM CST, some overtime required)
