Primary Responsibilities:
- Achieve the sales objectives for capital equipment (excimer/femtosecond lasers/diagnostics) and procedural sales goals assigned to the territory. Efficiently and responsibly manage all assigned accounts.
- Routinely work in conjunction with other Refractive Team members to quickly generate sales, provide installation, improve clinical outcomes, and improve business outcomes.
- Handle expenses within prescribed guidelines and implement marketing plans.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school 10 yrs; Assoc. 6 yrs; M.S.)
- The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
- 2 Years of Relevant Experience
- Manages workload and schedule while hitting set targets
- Balance experiencing new environments and working autonomously in a remote sales environment
