Job Summary :
The Senior Director and Head, Clinical Trial Operations is responsible for overseeing the organization's Clinical Trial Operations Center of Excellence. This key leadership role is accountable for driving clinical trial success across all therapeutic areas and regions, ensuring industry-leading practices, efficient processes, and optimal outcomes. Reporting directly to the Clinical Operations Leadership Team, this role is critical in advancing organizational goals through strategic development, operational excellence, and talent cultivation.
Key Responsibilities :
Leadership and Oversight
- Oversee the Directors of Clinical Trial Operations across key Technology Platforms : Intraocular Devices, Instrumentation, Extraocular Devices, and Pharma.
- Provide strategic direction to Clinical Trial Leads (CTLs) managing Clinical Trial Teams and Clinical Trial Site Developers (CSDs).
