In this role, a typical day will include:
- Supports overall donation request processes efficiently and effectively, by reviewing Patient Assistance Program requests and Medical Mission program requests.
- Communicates with patients, providers, and NGO partners; answering questions and keeping them informed of request status
- Manages workload independently and completes tasks in a timely manner
- Ensures key activities are implemented in a timely manner and that all activities are prioritized in line with strategic focus
- Measure and report donation impact and program successes
- Interact regularly with the following key stakeholders: Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) partners, doctors, patients, customer service, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school 10 yrs; Assoc. 6 yrs; M.S. 0 yrs).
- The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English.
- 2 Years of Relevant Experience.
- Ability to conduct high-volume inbound/outbound patient and provider phone calls.
- Exhibits strong emotional intelligence, particularly when supporting and speaking with a diverse array of patients and customers.
- Proficient with Salesforce and SAP for order entry.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills, including ability to work within tight deadlines.
- Possesses strategic and analytical thinking skills.
- Communicates effectively (listening, presentation skills, written communication.
- Prior experience with grants management and an understanding of the regulations and laws governing interactions with non-profit organizations and customers is a plus.
