We foster an inclusive culture and are looking for diverse, talented people to join Alcon. As a Warehouse and Distribution Supervisor supporting the Global Technical Services Team (onsite), a typical day will include:

• Managing the warehouse and distribution functions to include internal and external customer service and requirements.

• Promote and maintain safety protocols and ensure WH personnel follow safety rules according to established HSE regulations

• Hire, train, coach, and lead WH associates by implementing robust development plans, including performance assessment

• and training programs.

• Monitor and report employee attendance and productivity, and actively participate in performance improvement activities

• Ensure adequate resource allocation for on-time shipment and delivery of spare parts

• Maintain accurate inventory levels in terms of quantity and location and ensure cycle counting of inventory as defined

• Monitors and drives all Warehouse operations; track and report workload and processes execution to lead efficiency improvement

• Develop operating budget and staffing levels based on forecasts resulting in proper staffing and manage operations within established budgets

• Ensure adequate operating procedures are documented and implemented

• Monitor and improve customer satisfaction levels

• Manage and improve order fulfillment cycle process

• Address all compliance issues and implement corrective and preventive actions as needed

• Maintain collaborative relationships and lead to enhance communication between the Warehouse and other site functional teams

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON:

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school 10 yrs; Assoc. 16yrs; M.S. 0 yrs) The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English

• 2 Years of Relevant Experience

• 1 Years of Demonstrated Leadership

• SAP knowledge

• Strong leadership skills
