Management Lead

Job Summary:
Alcor Technical Solutions is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Management Lead to oversee operations, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure project success. The ideal candidate will have 12 years of management experience, demonstrating strong leadership, project execution, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Develop and implement strategic plans, performance metrics, and process improvements.
• Act as a primary liaison between senior leadership, clients, and project teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and contractual obligations.
• Oversee resource allocation, risk management, and quality assurance processes.
• Monitor project progress and generate reports for stakeholders.
• Drive employee engagement, training, and career development initiatives.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and teamwork.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 12 years of experience in project management, operations, or leadership roles.
• Strong expertise in strategic planning, budget management, and team leadership.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, PMP, Six Sigma preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in government contracting, IT services, etc.

Preferred Skills:

• PMP, Six Sigma, or other relevant certifications.
• Experience with federal contracts, compliance, and procurement processes.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Trello.
